Well then, My Nutritionist must be full of Misinformation... I don't use "Whipped Cream' anyway; only a tsp or so of Heavy Cream from local Cows... And yes, Ghee (milk solids removed!)

Something I Do take for Inflammation (as does my Husband) James, is MSM... You might give that (AND Magnesium!) a try... No need to be all Achey if we can avoid it... Topical Arnica Montana Gel is also helpful!

Edie... You really DO need the 'beefed-up' Smoothies when you are Exercising!! Don't cheat yourself out of the Healthy Fats, etc in the quest for accellerated Weight-loss... It never works! You probably need at least 1400-1600…
